Intercity shifting (to other cities or states) includes additional factors like distance in kilometers, type of vehicle required (small truck, 14–19 ft or larger), toll charges, driver bata, loading/unloading at both ends, and transit time. Intercity moves usually cost 3–6 times more than local moves depending on distance. We always provide a detailed, transparent quote after physical survey (or virtual survey with photos) so there are no surprises. You only pay the final agreed amount after successful delivery – no hidden charges for fuel, labour or packing unless specifically added to the quote.

Yes – we offer safe car and bike transportation as a combined or standalone service. For cars we provide enclosed car carriers (most preferred for safety) or open multi-car carriers depending on your budget and urgency. Bikes are transported in vertical position on special bike racks inside covered trucks or in dedicated bike carriers. Every vehicle is inspected before loading, properly lashed with soft straps, padded at contact points and covered to protect from dust/rain. We provide GPS tracking for long-distance vehicle moves so you can monitor location in real-time. Insurance coverage is available for both car and bike (we recommend it especially for high-value vehicles). Many families prefer combining household shifting + vehicle transport in one move – it saves coordination effort and is usually more economical when booked together.

For local moves inside Bengaluru we recommend booking at least 2–5 days in advance so we can allocate the right team size and vehicle on your preferred date. For intercity household or office shifting it’s better to book 7–15 days ahead because we need to plan truck availability, route permits (for some states), and loading schedule. Peak seasons (March–June & November–January) see very high demand, so booking 2–4 weeks early is ideal to get your preferred date and avoid last-minute surge pricing. If your move is urgent (within 24–48 hours) we still try our best to accommodate – just call us and explain your situation. We always try to help even on short notice whenever possible.

We take full responsibility for any damage that occurs due to our handling. All our teams are trained to pack and move goods carefully, and we use high-quality packing materials to minimize risk. Before starting work we take photos of valuable or fragile items. If despite all precautions any item is found damaged at delivery, you should immediately inform the supervisor on-site. We document the damage with photos and resolve it as per the following: minor scratches or dents are repaired at our cost, broken items are replaced or compensated as per current market value (after mutual agreement), and for high-value goods covered under transit insurance we process the claim quickly. Most damages are rare because of our careful process, but if it happens we ensure fair and prompt resolution – our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
