Master Service Agreement

1. PREAMBLE AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between "RentAMaids 247" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Platform", "We", or "Us"), a company duly registered under the Companies Act, AND the user of the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Client", "User", "Employer", or "You").

By clicking on the "Book Now", "Pay", or "Accept Terms" button, or by digitally signing this document, the Client explicitly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices contained within this Master Service Agreement.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

3.1. Aggregator Role

The Company operates as a technology-driven aggregator connecting domestic workers with households. While we perform rigorous background checks (Aadhaar/Police Verification), the Company is NOT the direct employer of the Maid for the purpose of daily supervision. The Client acts as the "Principal Employer" for the duration of the service.

3.2. Maid Classification and Duties

(A) CLEANING SPECIALIST: Sweeping and mopping of floors, dusting of furniture, cleaning of bathrooms and toilets, dishwashing, making beds.

(B) COOKING SPECIALIST: Preparation of meals, cutting vegetables, cleaning kitchen slab, managing grocery inventory.

(C) BABY CARE / NANNY: Feeding and bathing child, changing diapers, engaging child in play, sanitizing toys.

(D) ALL-ROUNDER (PREMIUM): Combination of Cleaning and Cooking tasks as mutually agreed.

3.3. Exclusions from Service

PROHIBITED TASKS: Car washing, gardening, massage services, lifting heavy furniture (>10kg), cleaning exterior windows of high-rise buildings without safety harnesses, manual scavenging, care of ferocious pets.

4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

4.1. Safe Working Environment

ZERO TOLERANCE: Any form of verbal abuse, physical assault, or sexual harassment towards the Maid will result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION, forfeiture of all fees, and criminal complaint filing.

4.2. Accommodation (For Live-in Maids)

The Client warrants to provide a separate, private room or dedicated sleeping area, clean mattress, access to clean toilet, and privacy (no CCTV in sleeping area).

4.3. Nutrition and Sustenance

For Live-in Maids: Three full, nutritious meals per day, two tea/coffee breaks, access to clean drinking water.

5. REPLACEMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

7.1. Replacement Policy

The Company offers unlimited replacements for the first 30 days. Thereafter, up to 3 replacements are allowed during the 11-month contract. "No-Questions-Asked" replacement policy ensures new profile within 48-72 hours.

6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

8.1. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts as a facilitator. We are NOT liable for any loss of property, jewelry, or cash. Clients must keep valuables locked. We are NOT liable for personal disputes or accidental breakage of household items.
