A full body massage usually lasts 60 to 90 minutes depending on the package you choose (relaxation or deep tissue). You will be taken to a private, dimly lit room with soothing music and aroma oils. The therapist will ask about your pressure preference, any injuries or areas to focus on. You lie on a comfortable massage bed (draped with fresh sheets) and only the area being worked on is uncovered. We use premium oils (coconut, almond, aroma) that nourish the skin. The session includes back, legs, arms, neck, shoulders and head massage. Deep tissue version uses stronger pressure to release knots and chronic tension. After the massage you are given warm towels and water to relax. Most clients feel very light, relaxed and sleep better that night. We recommend not eating heavy food 1–2 hours before and drinking plenty of water after.

Classic manicure/pedicure focuses on basic nail grooming – nail shaping, cuticle care, light exfoliation, massage and regular polish application (usually 30–45 minutes). Spa manicure/pedicure is more luxurious and longer (60–75 minutes). It includes a longer soak in warm water with salts, deep exfoliation with scrub, callus removal (for feet), longer hand/foot massage with nourishing cream, paraffin wax dip (in winter), hydrating mask and premium polish or gel application. Spa version is more relaxing and leaves hands/feet noticeably softer, smoother and glowing. We use separate sterilized tools for each guest and disposable liners for pedicure tubs to maintain complete hygiene. Many clients choose spa version once a month for self-care and regular classic version for quick upkeep.

Yes – bridal makeup is one of our most popular services. We offer complete bridal packages including pre-bridal facials, trial session, wedding day HD makeup, hair styling, false lashes, airbrush foundation, long-stay lip & eye makeup that lasts 10–14 hours without touch-ups. Trial session is very important – we do a complete look 7–15 days before wedding so you can finalize shades, style and any changes. Trial usually takes 90–120 minutes and costs ₹1,500–2,500 (adjusted in final package). On wedding day our artist arrives 3–4 hours before photography starts. We also offer engagement, reception, sangeet & party makeup with customization as per outfit & theme. All makeup artists are female and experienced in Indian skin tones.

We follow strict hygiene protocols for threading & waxing. Thread used is fresh for every client (never reused). Waxing is done with either disposable strip wax or premium Rica peel-off wax that is applied and removed without strips – gentler on sensitive skin. All tools (tweezers, scissors) are sterilized in autoclave or disinfectant solution after every use. We apply pre-wax oil and post-wax soothing gel/aloe vera to reduce redness and irritation. For very sensitive skin we recommend patch test 24 hours before or use Rica peel-off which is less painful and has fewer ingrown hair issues. Full body waxing for women is done in private room by female therapist only. Most clients with sensitive skin report very little redness that subsides in 1–2 hours when they follow our aftercare advice (no sun exposure, no hot water for 24 hours, loose clothing).

During booking or on arrival we do a quick skin analysis (oiliness, dryness, acne, pigmentation, sensitivity). Classic facial suits normal to combination skin for basic glow & hydration. Fruit facial is gentle for sensitive skin with natural fruit extracts. Gold & diamond facials are premium – they brighten, reduce fine lines & give instant glow (ideal before events). Anti-tan facial is best for sun-exposed skin (common in Bengaluru) – it removes tan & evens tone. Anti-ageing facial uses retinol/peptide-based products for mature skin. O3+ & Repechage facials are advanced – they target specific concerns like acne marks, open pores or dullness. We always patch test new products and recommend home care routine (cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen) so results last longer. If you have active acne or very sensitive skin, we suggest cleanup first before going for advanced facials.
