3. Professional Arrival Protocol
- Time Slots: Our experts strive to arrive exactly within your chosen window.
- Traffic Grace Period: Due to Bangalore traffic conditions, we allow a 15-minute grace period. You will be notified of any delay beyond this.
- Identification: Every A2Z expert carries a digital ID card within their app and wears the A2Z Workhub uniform.
- Live Tracking: Real-time location tracking of your professional is available once they start the journey to your home.
The A2Z Service Journey
- Confirmation: Instant SMS/App confirmation after booking.
- Reminder: A notification 60 minutes before the professional arrives.
- Start Code: Provide the Secure Start Code to the pro to begin the service.
- Completion: Sign off on the digital invoice and rate your experience.
4. Delays and Safety
In the rare event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You will receive an automated call/notification immediately.
- You have the option to reschedule at zero cost or request A2Z Compensation Credits for significant delays.
Safety First
All professionals undergo a **rigorous 3-step background verification** (Identity, Address, and Criminal Record Check). In-app SOS features are active during every service for your peace of mind.
