• Electrical, IT, and Appliance Repair
• Deep Cleaning and Sanitization
• Carpentry, Plumbing, and Home Painting
• Laundry, Pest Control, and Smart Security Setup
• Packers & Movers and Gardening Services

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information for registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your login credentials.

4. Booking and Payments

• All service bookings are subject to professional availability in your area (Bangalore).
• Pricing: Prices are displayed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify pricing for specialized requirements.
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service window may incur a 50% convenience fee.
• No-Shows: No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the professional has reached the location.

6. Service Provider Relationship

Service professionals are independent partners, not employees of A2Z Workhub. While we perform rigorous background checks and verify qualifications, A2Z Workhub's liability is limited to the facilitation of the service and our Quality Guarantee policy.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and respectful working environment for professionals.
• Ensure accurate service location and clear access to the premises.
• Make timely payments upon completion of the service.
• Report any disputes or quality issues within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
